Objective
Party City, the go-to destination for party supplies, wanted to strengthen its relationship with existing customers while establishing new relationships with potential customers who don’t already follow the brand.
Solution
To attract more attention to Party City’s social media channels, we identify and engage with off-channel content, targeting both big and small celebratory moments. This strategy provides Party City with the opportunity to organically engage in conversations with key audiences outside of their channel and positions the brand front and center, keeping them top of mind for future purchasing occasions.
In order to resonate with both existing and new customers, our outreach approach is two-pronged to focus on both retention and growth. Our process involves actively engaging with celebratory content from current followers, and also seeking out opportunities spread joy to non-followers. On a daily basis, our community management team will tap into trending topics, hashtags, and For-You-Page content to discover these opportune moments. This ongoing effort has generated positive return engagements and increased brand visibility overall.
