No matter where you live, this time of year is about giving thanks and appreciating what we have. As such, most brands will share theme-filled imagery and content, and for some, a glimpse into how they celebrate.
Heart-warming content is often successful this time of year, if it’s approproate for your brand. Aside from this, there is much opportunity for awareness, acquisition and, yes, conversion if you truly show gratitude as well.
As is often said, “Brands aren’t human, but the people behind them are.” This time of year is best to show that humanity.
Here are three considerate ways to express appreciation to your crowd this holiday season.
1. Showcase Supporters
No matter your business, your customers have assisted your development, growth and success, and they’ve likely shared that with you in some way via social media. This week and the rest of the year is a great time to review those moments and share selections of that content with the rest of your followers for the highest recognition.
2. React with ROI
No, I don’t mean return on investment, nor do I mean risk of ignoring. I’m referring to real online interaction. Simple actions such as personalized, unique responses to comments, questions and praise make individuals feel heard and appreciated.
3. Consider Collaborators
In addition to your customers, your colleagues, employees and partners are integral to your business. Take time to celebrate those who have assisted your accomplishments with thoughtful content that is specific to them.
Relationships lead to success, No matter how technical the world gets, opportunities happen through people.
